Our four-year apprentice program helps carpenters and millwrights develop the skills they need to succeed, find higher paying jobs and be the best in the industry. The MRCC apprentice program emphasizes safety, ensuring our carpenters and millwrights keep job sites safe and produce work that is second to none. Our brotherhood of skilled carpenters and millwrights takes real pride in our craft, privately funding our apprentice and training programs out of our own pockets so not a single cent of taxpayer money is used.
