“The Michigan Regional Council of Carpenters and Millwrights is an organization dedicated to the principles of respect and fairness,” Mike Jackson, Executive Secretary-Treasurer of MRCC, said in a statement. Jackson elaborated, “Our union hall has been in Warren for more than a decade and we have hundreds of members in the area. We would not tolerate this kind of behavior in our organization and we will not tolerate it by our elected officials…We are disgusted by the recordings of Mayor Fouts and our members will be there on Tuesday to echo this for the city council.”
